How do I restore my purchases?
Open Plot Twist, go to the shop or settings, and tap Restore purchases. Use the same App Store account you bought with.
How do I cancel Plot Twist Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Plot Twist Plus. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
My daily Sparks didn’t show up.
Make sure you’re connected to the internet, then close and reopen Plot Twist. Daily check-ins reset once a day, so if you already checked in today, come back tomorrow.
I’m not on the Game Center leaderboard.
Check that you’re signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings > Game Center. Scores can take a few minutes to appear.
